Agnès Creations

Agnès Asselin-Le Foll started her craft in year 2000, in Devon, where she used to live with her family. She has always enjoyed making craft, exploring different techniques and materials.

Her fabric pictures are made with patchwork fabrics and embellished with lace, ribbon, beads, ...

The board  used as a support is a very light mount board made of polystyrene sandwiched between sheets of hot pressed paper.

The technique is similar to cover polysterene shapes, like christmas decoration on polystyrene balls.

Here are some examples of her work :

Fabric pictures on foam board is a very interesting craft.

    Made with patchwork fabrics,

the principle consists of pushing pieces of fabric

    (with a pointed tool)

    into the foam board

in which slits have been previously made (with a craft knife).

The final product looks like a quilted picture,

but this craft does not involve any stitching !
